Our Vision Statement
To provide a ministry for, by and with mature adults of our church and community.
Our Mission Statement
To encourage a balanced and varied ministry for those age 55 and over which includes fellowship, evangelism, spiritual development and service.
Our hope for a vibrant and productive ministry at La Grange FUMC is based on a scriptural promise. The following is what we believe and work to put into practice:
“The righteous will flourish like a palm tree, they will grow like a cedar of Lebanon; they will still bear fruit in old age, they shall be full of life and vitality.” Psalm 92; 12, 14
